1st day: Delhi - Darjeeling [flight and 3H approx. by road]
Morning departure to the airport and board a flight to Bagdogra. Upon arrival, drive for about 3 hours by road and arrive at Darjeeling. It is a retreat created by the British in the nineteenth century, who developed the most famous tea plantations in the world. The town has kept its character "so British" with its colonial houses.
Rest of the time at Leisure.
Overnight at hotel.
2nd day: Darjeeling
Early in the morning drive to Tiger hill to watch the spectacular sunrise over Mt. Khangchendzongha (28,208 ft. Worlds 3rd highest peak), on your way back visit Ghoom Monastery and Batasia Loop. After breakfast visit Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, P.N. Zoological Park , Tenzing Rock, Tibetan Refugee self-help Centre , Tea Garden and Japanese Temple. Evening free for shopping or leisure. Overnight at hotel.
3rd day: Darjeeling– Mirik Excursion
After breakfast , full day excursion trip to Mirik Lake (4,900 ft.) via Indo-Nepal Border. Mirik is famous for its man-made Sumendu Lake, Cardamom plantations and Tea Estates. In evening return to the hotel. Overnight at hotel.
4th day: Darjeeling - Bagdogra – New Delhi [2H - 90 Km]
After breakfast, depart in the morning for Bagdogra airport. Transfer to the airport. End of our services.
