This itinerary covers the following destinations : Delhi - Gwalior - Agra - Fatehpur Sikri - Jaipur - Samode - Delhi
Day
1 : Depart for Delhi- overnight
Day 2 : Reach Delhi
The colour & romance of India welcomes you with arms wide open as you reach Delhi. The color and the aroma of Indian spices and Indian tradition get hold of you in a moderate yet a fascinating way. The capital of India, Delhi, is one of the most alive places in the whole world with a pinch of Indian culture and heritage and two of its monuments- the Qutab Minar and the Humayun's Tomb, have been declared as the World Heritage Sites. For a first timer to India, it serves as a perfect start to a journey towards cultural wealth, different religious beliefs, complexities and the dynamism of India. Meeting and assistance upon arrival, thereafter transfer to the hotel.
Later proceed for a city tour of New & Old Delhi in order to visit the buildings of the British era designed by Lutyens, including the India Gate & the Presidential Palace. Continue onto the beautiful Humayun's tomb of the Mughal era & predecessor of the world famous Taj Mahal, explore the towering Qutab Minar. Afternoon visit Old Delhi, the Red Fort, Jama Masjid and Raj Ghat.

3 : Delhi - Gwalior ( Train) Agra
Morning transfer to the railway station to board the train for Gwalior, The Pearl of Hindustan". Visit the famous citadel of Gwalior, Palaces covered with polychrome ceramic tiles and Temples decorated with beautiful sculptures. Arrive and proceed for a city tour of Gwalior. Later in the afternoon depart for Agra synonymous to Taj. A pleasant town with a comparatively slow pace, Agra is known for its superb inlay work on marble and soapstone by craftsmen who are descendants of those who worked under the Mughals. The city is also famous for its carpets, gold thread embroidery and leather shoes.
Day 4 : Agra
The next morning get going for a city tour of Agra and visit the World romantic Taj Mahal, whose eternal beauty will astonish and mesmerize the visitors. It is also known as the "Crown of Palaces" built by the Emperor Shah Jehan to immortalize the memory of his beloved wife Mumtaz Mahal who died in 1631. The Taj - a poem of love in marble is a tear on the cheeks of Eternity.
Afternoon, discover the strong & magnificent Red Fort - built by the three generations of Mughal Emperors between 1565 and 1573, whose military power cannot be questioned. It was the residence of the Mughal Emperors. Each one of them left a token of their appreciation for the place, Red sandstone of Akbar and Jahangir, White marble of Shah Jahan. This fort rises on the edges of Yamuna River, surrounded by a wall from 20 to 33 meters top and 2500 m perimeter.
Day 5 : Agra - Fatehpur Sikri- Jaipur
The next Morning proceed for Jaipur, the Capital of Rajasthan. Jaipur, the city-capital in the tone of an autumnal sunset, literally lush pink when prince Albert, the consort of Queen Victoria, stepped on its soil in 1883. Interspersing the play of red and pink were white borders and motifs, painstakingly outlining the architectural highlights of Jaipur's buildings. Jaipur had been like that since 1727 when Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh II had it built that year.

6 : Jaipur
After breakfast proceed for a visit to the Amber Fort, built during the time of the Mughals. The area used to be always ready for war. Amber was the residence of the Maharajas. By seeing the majestic ramparts of the Fort, which surround the palace, you will be able to imagine the power of the character. You will ascend this 11th century Bastion on a gaily decorated Elephant.
Visit the Palace with its crimped rooms of mirrors and the old harem, true labyrinth. The magnificent public and private rooms show evidence of the splendour of the rulers of the 16th & the 17th century. There is a strong possibility of attending a ceremony of a number of priests chanting at the Kali temple. Puja ( chanting in the name of Lord ) is the time of prayers according to the Hindu rites'. One can enter the temple only bare feet and without any kind of leather on. Later after the ceremony, get back to Jaipur, the ground of knighthood of high feats of arms.
In the afternoon, tour of the Pink city ( Jaipur ) and a special visit to the City Palace ( now a museum ) which was the principal Residence of the former ruling family, Jantar Mantar - the ancient Observatory, Hawa Mahal - the exotic Palace of the Winds & the picturesque bazaars of the walled city.
Day 7 : Samode
The next Morning proceed for Samode - once a noble state, a small castle of a fairy tale. Visit this typical village of Rajasthan. The Samode Palace comes into view like a mirage rising above cobbled streets and mud houses that smell like true India with people extremely innocent and unaware of a true city life. Their innocence is their prerogative.
Day 8 : Samode Delhi
The next afternoon pack up for Delhi and once you reach Delhi, transfer to the international airport to board a homebound flight.
