Bhutan, the land of the peaceful thunder dragon is known to the world by several names such as the ‘the Last Shangri-La’ or ‘the Last Place on the Roof of the World.’ Though the original name from the time of Marco Polo was ‘Bootan,’ the natives prefer to call their country ‘Druk Yul,’ or the Land of the Peaceful Thunder Dragon.

This itinerary covers the following destinations : Paro - Thimpu – Paro.
Day 01 : Paro / Thimpu
Reach
Paro, meet us at the airport and leave for Thimphu. In the evening experience
the Thimphu market.
Day 02 : Thimpu
In the morning proceed for the sightseeing tour of Thimphu and visit the Memorial Chorten, Tashichhodzong, National Library, Painting School, Traditional Medicine Institute, Handicrafts Emporium.
Day 03 : Thimpu / Paro
After breakfast drive down to Paro enroute visiting Simtokha Dzong. Late afternoon visit Ta Dzong (National Museum), Rinpung Dzong, Kyichu Lhakhang and the traditional Farm House.
Day 04 : Paro
The next morning visit Drukgyel Dzong. Thereafter, enjoy a full day excursion to the famous Taktsang Monastery or to Kila Goemba.
Day 05 : Paro / Next Destination
After breakfast leave for the airport to catch a flight back home.

Day
01 : Paro
Reach Paro, meet up with us on arrival and move to the hotel. Evening visit the Paro market.
Day 02 : Paro
After breakfast enjoy your visit to Kyichu Lhakhang, Drukgyel Dzong, traditional Farm House and later excursion to Taktsang Monastery or to Kila Goemba.
Day 03 : Paro / Thimpu
The next morning enjoy the beauty of Paro and enjoy your visit to the Ta Dzong ( National Museum ), Rinpung Dzong. Afternoon drive to Thimphu enroute visit Simtokha Dzong. In the evening visit the Thimphu market.
Day 04 : Thimpu
